So that employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders can, with total security and anonymity, report situations that are not in line with our values or with our Code of Ethics and Organizational Conduct and our Compliance Policy, we created a channel for complaints to record, investigate and promote decisions involving the complaints received, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes and internal controls.
