The Hiwi REDD+ Project is a consortium of four rural properties that protects over 20,000 hectares in the municipality of Bujari, in the state of Acre.

The project has already achieved concrete results: in 2024, it issued its first batch of carbon credits, reversing a previous threat of deforestation from cattle ranching. The fight against deforestation continues.
