So that employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders can, with total security and anonymity, report situations that are not in line with our values or with our Code of Ethics and Organizational Conduct and our Compliance Policy, we created a channel for complaints to record, investigate and promote decisions involving the complaints received, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes and internal controls.

This is an exclusive channel of CARBONEXT for safe and, if desired, anonymous communication about behaviors considered unethical or that violate the ethics principles of behavior and/or the current legislation.
The information herein reported will be received by an independent and specialized company, Aliant, ensuring absolute confidentiality and the appropriate treatment for each situation by the Compliance Committee, without any conflAliant of interest.

Complaint Investigation Policy
Carbonext reaffirms its commitment to ethics, transparency, and integrity in all its operations through a structured policy for receiving and handling complaints.
Substantiated complaints may result in actions ranging from guidance and training to termination of partnerships, always proportionate to the severity of the findings and focused on preventing future misconduct.

Carbonext expressly prohibits any form of retaliation, unfair, adverse, or discriminatory treatment against individuals who, in good faith, file complaints or cooperate with internal or external investigations arising from such reports.
All good faith communications will be handled with confidentiality, impartiality, and respect, ensuring that whistleblowers suffer no adverse consequences as a result of their cooperation with the integrity and compliance principles that guide the company's operations.
